28" Non-Tapered Log Grate with Center Support

The 28" Non-Tapered Log Grate with Center Support is constructed of solid steel bar for strength and durability. Two cross bars form legs that provide a 4.5-inch clearance from the fireplace floor to allow air to flow under and around the wood for an evenly burning fire. An additional set of legs in the center of the grate provide extra stability. The eight bars of the grate are curved on both ends to prevent logs from rolling off. The log grate is 28 inches wide at the front and the back and 17 inches deep to fit in medium to large fireplaces and has a black powder coat finish.
