Cottage Log Rack

The Cottage Log Rack is a beautiful way to keep a stack of firewood handy as well as the tools you need to tend the fire and care for your fireplace and hearth. Handcrafted from round stock, this log rack rests on a base of intricate scrolls. The oval design had a solid steel lower rack for holding kindling or newspapers and an open rack above to keep wood neatly stacked. The top of the rack has a rope twist handle and more scrolls form extensions that hold the fireplace tools. Each tool has a twist handle that forms a hoop. A poker and tongs let you tend the fire and add firewood or move a burning log safely while the broom and shovel make quick work of removing ashes and dust from the fireplace and hearth. This handcrafted steel log rack is available with a graphite powder coat finish.

Inspired by the European ironwork of the past, the Cottage Log Rack is handcrafted in the traditional hammer and anvil method using only the highest quality materials. It has been individually hand forged and hand welded to exacting specifications and is constructed with an innovative 'snap-on' method of construction which eliminates the use of screws and hardware.
